Bumbo Growth-O-Meter: Two Months!

This kid is getting bigger and cuter by the day. His 2-month check-up is Friday, so I'll update then with the box scores for all of you fans playing along at home. These are a little out of focus. If Gav is awake, he is moving (something I learned all to well when he was still on the inside). That makes it really hard to get a good picture where all parts of him are in focus (especially in the Bumbo, since his neck is still pretty wobbly).

Here's month one for comparison. Wow.

While snapping the Bumbo shots, I almost got what we think of around here as the Gavin face. He purses his lips into a perfect little pink circle. It's pretty adorable. This isn't full Gavin face, but you get the idea.

A couple of weeks ago, I was taking pictures while Gav was working hard during tummy time. He was pushing himself up really high and I was trying to get a good picture of that. Instead I got this:

What you see there is the start of Gav's first roll.

He's done it a few times since then, and I finally captured it in action this morning.
